ie, rotating through various intercourse positions in order to work out for muscle toning?

There's a great one for gluts and lower back ... man lies down and squeezes buttocks lifts partner off the floor and holds while she rides you like a bucking bull.

The hover.... great abs workout.... pretend you are doing press ups with your penis...

Also all of the lifting positions are good... I mean, I can toss 80kg around in the gym so flipping my 50kg bride around the bedroom is a snack... try going form a kneeling position to a standing position in teh 69 position.... and back again... repeat as often as you are able while maintaining your balance.. it's great for your core.... as well as your legs.....

Then theirs biceps curls.... cup her buttocks in lift her hips up to your mouth..... munch, lower and repeat.


Man, a three hour workout like this will make you ache but it is well worth the effort.... even better if ou can involve more partners and team up.
