A squishy lump on my foot !! HELP ?
I have this squishy and quite large lump in the middle of my foot. Its stayed there for 3 weeks now. It doesnt hurt when i touch it though.

Any idea what it is or what it may cause???

Oh and i havent banged it !!

Go and see your Doctor it could be something minor from a bug bite to callus from a shoe that is rubbing on your foot. The reason to go and see a Doctor is because it could be a serious infection by now. It could also be some type of a growth. Don't take it lightly. Do something about it.
