Over 1 mo.ago I slipped on a throw rug and hit the tile floor very hard.No break

Since my left arm never hit the floor, why should it hurt so bad? My right hand fell hard, but no breaks, pain in arm all the way up. WHat should I do? Motrin of little help.....
