To people who have psychotic depression or schizophrenia.. ?

can you give an example of your delusion/ beliefs that are untrue? please? i really really need help.. im really curious that i might be having it..

if you do have it then you dont know you have it because the delusions are reality and you dont think, was or is this real, because it is even though it isnt, but thats the difference in real schizo and being a little paroniod, i would drive 90 to 100 miles in traffic because government agents were following me on the freeway or i would run red lights and were disguises when i went out in public because cia was trying to capture me if you are not on meds and think you have schizo then you dont have it, if you are using drugs specially weed then that is your problem,
