What do you do when you feel pure rage and anger?

But no one understands you and how you feel or listens to your opinions? On anything? I think I have phscological problems because I have so much anger and hate within me.

you need to walk away from your triggers and collect your thoughts. no one can understand everyone and most people don't like to hear other peoples opinions, especially if they differ from theirs. i don't know how old you are but learning what triggers you the most is what you need to focus on. i've dealt with anger issues since before anger issues were around. i was diagnosed bipolar before that was a word. the one thing i can say is that its hard. you have to stop and think before you react. that's the hardest. pick your battles. you don't need to get worked up over small things that you can't control. take control of what you can and screw the rest. live, learn and move on. without that, you are doomed to be angry your whole life and that would really suck. hold your head up, you're better than most of the people in the world.
